The process to create a community is divided in 4 main phases

Create a community

Create a community by filling the form here. Select all the different characteristic you want your community to have. Your account is not publicly linked to the communities you create. After publication you can edit title and description only.

Spread the word

After creating the community it is fundamental to spread the word among like-minded people so that the community can grow and raise the necessary funding.

Get people to join

By joining a community, each members requests a property in the new born community.

The research in phase 2 will be based on these information so it is crucial for you to describe what kind of property and budget you’re actually willing to invest in the future.

It's our turn

When the time to join the community is up, it is time to raise the funds to proceed with the research phase.

Usually around $20 for each member.

Taking advantage of our network of real estate agents and construction experts we initiate a deep search of the best available and suitable areas for the community to settle.

It doesn’t matter how many members joined the community, even if they are few, we still make them a proposal that they can either accept or reject.

Offering

Depending on the project we may suggest one or more locations that are suitable to satisfy the needs of all, or most, of the members that requested a property. The proposal comprehends the exact location, a preliminary plan of the settlement and property offered.

Members are given the choice of accepting or rejecting the offers. If confirmations are enough, project proceeds to phase 3. In case of rejection, the member can explain what wasn’t right so that we may try to make another offer.

Design

If enough members accepted the proposals they are invited to back their intent with a down payment.

When the down payment has been made by all the members our engineers and architects get to work producing detailed plans of the settlement and requested properties. Members are asked to confirm the final drawings before construction.

REFUND POLICY The project is taken back to phase 2 if too many members that accepted the proposal don't actually make the down payment. Those who did are refunded.

Building

When final drawings are confirmed the construction works begin. Members are kept posted on all the project milestones, they can visit the location and actively participate in the construction process if they wish.
